The daughter of celebrated Jazz cornetist, Ken Sims, Jo’s early childhood was entrenched in jazz, but her unique production sound has been heavily influenced by Andrew Weatherall, Youth and William Orbit, resulting in an amalgamation of retro sci-fi soundscapes, trip-hop, synth-wave and psychedelica,.
